 Firma Rising Tide (premier management and advisory) din Schaffhausen caută o persoană pentru o poziție de IT Support Specialist.

 

IT Support Specialist (80-100%)
to join a diverse team of talents in an organization that truly cares.

Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive, timely support to all end-user questions and support requests
• Set expectations for resolution and communicate status changes as necessary
• Develop, document and ensure adherence to company established IT and security procedures, system configuration standards, maintenance and upgrades
• Work directly with external IT provider to resolve server / infrastructure problems including LAN, WAN, networking and special application issues
• Order, install, configure, upgrade and arrange new and replacement desktop hardware and software as required
• Manage peripheral IT equipment, including printers, fixnet and mobile phones and track deployment of such devices
• Provide input and recommendations to management on hardware and software
• Compile monthly IT reports and monitor relevant invoices from external suppliers
• Provide basic SAP technical support and troubleshooting services
• Manage the firm’s Mobile Device Management system: including granting and revoking of access rights, training users and troubleshooting
• Manage the firm’s audio and video conferencing solutions, including advising and training of users


Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic team player with strong client focus and an open-minded attitude to drive change and continuously improve processes.

In order to succeed in this exciting international environment, you will need:
• Profound IT knowledge and previous hands-on experience in IT and technical support (SAP knowledge advantageous)
• Proactive client focus and experience supporting senior executives
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant education in computer science, such as “Informatikerin und Informatiker EFZ Schwerpunkt Systemtechnik”
• Problem-solving abilities and a thorough understanding of IT security and risks
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with team members, partners and clients
• Strong work ethic and the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• Fluency in English and German, and the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely in both languages
• Swiss citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland
