The Romanian Radio Children Choir Tour in Switzerland

The Romanian Radio Children Choir, directed by Voicu Popescu and sponsored by the Rotary Club, will soon be on a short tour in Switzerland.

The Choir will perform 2 concerts: Sunday the 22nd of August, from 10:30 AM, at the Reformed Church in Niederhasli (ZH) and in the evening of the same day, at 19:00, in Tonhalle Zürich.

The concerts of the Children Choir benefited last year from the total admiration of the public, both Swiss and Romanian; the follow-up of their success is this new invitation for the Choir, applicable unfortunately only to Zürich.

We hereby address a support request towards the Romanian communities in other areas of Switzerland, in order to be able to organize more concerts starting from the 23rd of August 2004 (the date at which the Choir is available). The Choir has a varied repertoire including songs in foreign languages.
