Se caută tineri care să meargă... în Braşov [actualizat]

La finele anului 2012 A/RO a semnat un proiect de parteneriat cu organizaţia Connections din România pentru un proiect European afiliat programului "Youth in Action".

Între timp proiectul a fost aprobat, iar acum A/RO este în căutare de doritori care sa... mearga în România. Mai precis la Braşov. Când? Între 20.01.2013 şi 27.01.2013 7 şi 14 februarie 2013.

Important de notat e că 70% din costurile totale vor fi rambursate participanţilor (avion, tren, autobuz, maşină, etc) pentru călătoria între Elveţia şi Braşov. În plus, atât cazarea cât şi mâncarea sunt oferite în cadrul proiectului.


Descrierea proiectului:

"This project addresses two major aspects: promoting learning mobility of young people and enhancing skills acquirement and recognition.

The project promotes values such as volunteering, personal growth, participation, self-esteem, inclusiveness, empathy and tolerance. The activities related to the project will also enrich participants with a portfolio of skills that will prove useful in their youth work in multicultural environments, increasing their employability opportunities.

The learning process and the new competences will equip young participants with means for effective decision-making in their daily life, at personal level, but also in their community life. The facilitators involved in the project will lead participants into designing strategies and future projects to spread the social benefits (intercultural awareness, fight against racism and xenophobia, containment of social exclusion of students) gained through the associative life.

The results of the project are divided into two categories:
- tangible results of the project: promotional materials, presentations, folders, course support materials, brochures
- intangible results: experience and learning such as language skills development, openness to other cultures, facilitating skills, group dynamics, group work, entrepreneurship, creativity, professional development.

The project’s objectives are:
- to enrich the personal development opportunities, individual skills and competencies of 25 young participants from different EU countries within a 7 days training course;
- to create an European pool of young people of at least 20 skilled practicing facilitators from at least 5 different EU countries within at least 5 months after the training course;
- to establish new synergies between the partner promoters of this project and at least 3 other organizations, within at least 5 months after the training course."
